Shandong Lijian CNC Machine Tool Powder Coating Line Installation Completed

ZHYAO has completed the installation of a powder coating line for CNC machine tools at Shandong Lijian. The project has now moved into the commissioning stage.

The coating line is designed for the powder coating of CNC machine tool components. The production process is arranged to connect the main coating stages, including workpiece conveying, powder spraying and curing.

The installed system includes a powder coating booth, curing oven, conveyor system and related powder coating equipment. The equipment layout was developed according to the customer's factory conditions and the characteristics of the workpieces.

During the installation, the ZHYAO engineering team completed equipment positioning, conveyor installation, equipment connections and the integration of the main process sections. The focus was on ensuring that the conveying and coating equipment work together properly before commissioning.

For CNC machine tool components, factors such as workpiece dimensions, loading method, conveying route and coating requirements need to be considered when designing the powder coating line. These factors directly affect the equipment configuration and production line layout.

With the installation completed, the project is ready for commissioning and process adjustment. The system will be tested with the customer's actual workpieces to verify equipment operation and adjust the coating process before regular production.

The completion of the installation marks the next stage of the Shandong Lijian CNC machine tool powder coating line project, bringing the system closer to production operation.
