Project Overview

This project is located in Kazakhstan. The customer mainly produces and exports fence mesh and metal protective products, with high requirements for coating durability, corrosion resistance, and stable batch production.
ZhanYao Coating provided a customized automatic coating equipment solution according to local climate conditions, product structure characteristics, and customer capacity requirements, designed for powder coating of fence mesh products.

Solution

Considering the characteristics of fence mesh products, large surface area, multiple mesh holes, and complex structure, ZhanYao Coating provided a customized coating solution including:

• Automatic conveyor system: customized spacing according to fence mesh size to ensure stable operation

• Electrostatic powder coating system: optimized gun layout to improve coverage on mesh edges and corners

• Spray booth and recovery system: high-efficiency powder recovery to reduce material waste

• Curing system: ensures coating adhesion and surface quality stability

The layout of the entire line fully considers the plant space and future expansion needs.

Project Implementation

The equipment is fully manufactured in China and shipped in batches to the project site in Kazakhstan.
On-site, ZhanYao Coating provides:

• Installation and commissioning guidance

• Operation and maintenance training

• Remote technical support to assist with on-site issues

The overall project implementation schedule is controllable, and the equipment commissioning on-site proceeded smoothly, allowing production to start as planned.
